Oh so much has happened....

Since my last post, Andy and I learned that we are expecting number 4 in September 2011. We told the kids, family, and friends in mid-march. We decided to create a baby-themed scavenger hunt that we could record and share with our families. The kids loved racing around the house finding various baby clues. The last clue led them to the kitchen where they found cupcakes that spelled out, "Baby on the Way!" It was quite fun for all.

Isabel is back at St. Annie's and very happy! She turned seven last Thursday. It was a great birthday. She wanted me to bring Rita's water ice to school which was a hit with all of her classmates. Then on Friday, I took her to NY to visit my mom. The three of us went to NYC on Saturday to get the American girl doll, Julie, have lunch, and then finish off the day with the Broadway musical Mary Poppins! We were supposed to see Pinkalicious, but ended up at the wrong theater. Long story.... Isabel also struggled with her allergies that day, but overall the day was a great success! She is now looking forward to her "Almost Sleepover Party" with friends this Friday night. There will be 15 girls coming...crazy!!

Brady turns 3 on Wednesday, May 4th! It is hard to believe. He is looking forward to going to Jumpers with his buddies, Bridget, Kerri, Jimmy, and Gappy! Should be a fun afternoon. We will celebrate back at the house with Pizza and cake.

Chloe is growing up so quickly...she has just 4 weeks left of nursery school! She will be starting Kindergarten in the Fall. It really is hard to believe. I think I am going to miss having her around in the afternoons. Today, May 2, 2011, Chloe learned to ride a two-wheeler. No more training wheels; She is now zipping around on two wheels....way to go, Chloe!!

Finally, I got a job teaching at Episcopal Academy this summer. Autumn and I will be job sharing once again! I am really looking forward to getting back in the classroom! It is a great gig....the kids go for free and we are only working three hours a day. Of course, I will also enjoy lounging at St. Alban's much of the summer!

I feel so blessed. Life is good, very, very good!
